2wire modem- Cat5e cable

I have had my 2wire 2700HG- D modem connected to DSL over a phone line (RJ11 connector? I think?) I would like to move my older computer to a different location in the house and I think it will be easier to hook into a Cat5 line (RJ45 male connector). My modem has 4 ehternet ports. Which do I hook into? And my old computer does not have wirless capabilities so which ethernet port should I use to go from modem to computer?
