I have a JNC digital recorder for voice recording, I have lost the CD with the software so that I can up load what I have recorded to the pc, can I get this software free to download?

I have the same problem.

I have a JNC digital recorder 250 DRSW-350. I have lost the MANUAL and have forgotten how to operate it properly. Where can I download BOTH free software and the MANUAL?
