Hi I have a Logik portable dvd player LDS-7 that we use in the car for the children. I play all types of dvd's except Toy Story.It just say loading,but nothing happens.It is brand new dvd's that we bought at our local music and dvd store,called Musica.They say I must contact you.

Your car power supply might not have enough juice to power both monitors at the same time.

try to use a lens cleaner and look at the close sensor

see your instr. manual and see the support from the supplier manufacturer and contact them via email, phone or web and ask the consult where you do you buy the OPU unit in S. Africa.

1. No disc. - Load a disc into the tray.
2. Disc has been loaded upside down. Place the disc with the label side up.
3. Disc region code does not match region code of the player.
4. Disc type is not the correct type to play.
5. Disc is damaged or dirty. Clean the disc or try another.
6. Moisture may be condensed inside the unit. Remove the disc and the leave the power on for one or two hours.

the fault is obviously from the laser (lens) of your player. The lens is very weak such that it cannot load/read data on discs.

The best to do now is to replace the lens and your player will play all discs again.

Hi. I have Toy Story on the Lg bd 560 bluray and discovered the same thing. There are two ways that you can get it to play. Go to factory reset in the menu. This is called initialize software on my player. It should now play without any problems. The only trouble is that if you turn off your player and back on again, it will not work until you do another factory reset. The easiest way to solve the problem is to disconnect your internet connection[no more factory resets required]. For some reason this movie does not like the internet being connected on my bluray player. I have told LG Australa about the problem and they will probably fix it in another firmware update. Is it the Panasonic Portable DVD player

we have purchased logik portable dvd player in u.k last ferbruary. When we were using that we got some burning smell, so we unplugged everything. we need this logik company service center number in bangalore

Its defective. Coby doesn't repair the units. The lense is off balance which is causing the laser to not read the dvd/cd.
