Try changing the settings in the menu..Maybe to letterbox, etc. If that doesnt work, it could be an issue with either the vertical or horizontal amp on the board. In this case, I would recommend contacting a repair shop.

Hope that helps!

If your issue is not resolved, please do not assign a rating just yet. Please post back as to what steps you took, results, etc, and I will try to assist you further as best I can.

P.S. - You can rate a solution with one of four ratings as explained under (remember that at times a bit of to and fro dialogue may be necessary to resolve an issue).

  • "Thanks for Trying" - The solution does not solve the problem but the effort is appreciated. (Negative Rating)
  • "Inappropriate" - The solution has absolutely nothing to do with the problem. (Negative Rating)

1 yard cement is how many cubic feet

kakima is 100% correct, but to add to it so you understand how he got that 27 cubic feet... you can picture a cube.
A cubic yard is 3 foot tall x 3 foot wide x 3 foot high.
(A cubic foot is 1 foot tall x 1 foot wide x 1 foot high).

So 3 x 3 x 3 = 27.

Why won't facebook resize my new cover picture?

Cover photos are 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels tall. If you upload an image that's smaller than these dimensions, it will be stretched to this larger size. The image you upload must be at least 399 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. But if you have an image of high resolution, you must first edit it using Photoshop or any image processor.

Picture out of frame

Some cable boxes in their menu offer a way to adjust the actual dimensions or the picture--a few sets also do this.

If picture just either too tall or too wide it may be possible to adjust.

Adjust resolution on lumix dmc-tz3

Select PICT.SIZE from the REC menu. Depending on the aspect ratio, you can choose from 0.3MP to 7MP. For full details, refer to the "Using REC menu" in the manual (page 52 in my copy).

I WANT TO MAKE MY MYSPACCE PICTURE BIGGER

If the picture is, say, 400 pixels wide, and 300 pixels tall,
then one way is to write a bit of HTML code:

<IMG SRC="my-photo.jpg" WIDTH=600 HEIGHT=450>

to force the image to be "stretched" 50% both horizontally and vertically.

TALL PICTURE

Hi,

On most TV units, there would be two (2) adjustments that affects your concern:
  • vertical Linearity (VLin); and
  • Vertical Height (VHt)
However, newer designs no longer have these adjustments since they are automatically done by the circuitry. If for some reason height is incorrect in such a system, then chances are that there is a leaky/defective capacitor in the vertical section.

Hope that this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.

Picture too tall. How do you shorten?

Picture displaced vertically, picture too high or low
This problem was cured by entering the service mode (menu then 4,7,2,5), then pressing the green fastext button to access geometry settings, selecting VP1 (vertical position) and adjusting as necessary
Very low width and bowed verticals,no ew correction. R626 o/c
C630 (390nF, 300v) faulty, located next to scan socket. This fault can also be caused by R629 (2R7 fusable) o/c. In my set C630 was dry-jointed but not faulty. Check generally for dry joints in the E/W and PSU areas. Note that R629 is a safety component
