My PDVD0707 keeps saying bad disc.

This is either from the laser burning out or the motor is not spinning the disk, the head the laser is on might be sticking in one spot too. IF you can get the cover off you can check all these things and rule them out. The disk reads from the inside out so check to see if it is located inward, see if you can move it by hand to another position and then insert the disk

What is the most likely cause of a "NO DISK" error with the Onkyo DX-C390 6-Disk changer? Would it be the laser pickup assembly?

Could be dirty laser lens, dying laser, faulty component,
Due to the complexity of multi-disk changers, it may be best to have the device looked at.
You can try running a cleaning disk through it first, but from your post, it sounds like this unit may have multiple problems and need tested by a physical person.

C13

C13 means the deck cannot read the minidisc table of contents for some reason. Since you have no disc in the deck it probably means the laser head is out of allignment or just plain worn out.

I often see MDs being sold for parts, but you need to know the fix is usually cost prohibitve. Most likely the laser assembly in your deck is bad and will cost too much to replace. MD's are more complex than CDs and are optical/magnetic using a laser to read and a laser + magnetic head to record on the discs which are read/write many times.

Does not read CDs

Try to clean the laser lens if you have a lens cleaning cd or you can do it manually by disassambling it and very gently with a very soft tissue or a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol wipe the laser lens.Otherwise it seems the laser unit is dying and there might be a chance if you know some electronics to resurrect it by rotating slowly clockwise one small potentiometer located on the laser unit in very small steps and testing each time the effect in reading the cd.Or buy a new laser unit.
Hope that helps !

Apparntly I have DRLS120 SUPER DISK DRIVERS ON MY COMPUTER AND I CAN'T VIEW MY 2HD 1.44 MB FLOPPYS USING MY 31/2" FLOPPY DRIVE. How do I remove these drivers so that I can use my floppy drive?

If functioning correctly, the hardware of the Imation LS-120 devices can read/write 1.44MB diskettes, using "magnetic" hardware, and can use the built-in laser to read/write the proprietary 120MB "SuperDisk" diskettes.

What problem do you have?

How about taking the diskettes to a friend's computer, along with a USB memory-stick, and copying files from the diskettes to the memory-stick?

Disc read error

You will ne4ed to clean up the PS2. open it up and clean the laser lens with alcohol on a cotton swab. If it is the Slim Ps2 model you should not use Alcohol. Use A glass Cleaner like windex on the slim. Sometimes the magnet gets week and you need to add some magnetism to help improve the spindle grip on the Game disc. Cut up a refridgerator magnet and place it in the white cap thatt clamps the Game disc in the cd player.
