a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Why i cannot factory reset username, password and ssid ap? and i just can factory reset ip ap

What are you connecting the wap-1001 to? An existing network . Does the subnet mask match it defaults to
if the p.c you plug directly into the ethernet connection of the ap has a different subnet mask it can't talk to the router. how does your p.c get its ip address is it static or dynamic via dhcp server . ip is default of also is anything assigned .
the default password and user name is in the user manual

Software to rest wap 1001 to default

"Its easy but you have to open the unit. Undo the 6 screws holding the base one
Slide out the internals
You will see spot on the board labels SW for switch but no switch soldered to it.
While the power is on, use a wire to short the 2 contacts of the switch that stand out alone. IE. not the 3 together. Hold this short on for about 5 seconds then the led should blink
Its now back to factory default 192,168.1.20, User name is "Admin" and leave password blank as per the manual." -fixyaMarkoa34a5098-f669-488f-a6a9-3f02c825de75.jpg

How to retrieve password from wireless access point router zyxel -570u

Initial Set-Up
Plug your wireless router into the cable connection in your wall. Plug the connection cord into the "WAN" port on the router. Plug the router's power source into the wall and turn the router on. Connect your wireless access point to your router by pushing one end of an Ethernet cord into the WAP. Push the other end of the Ethernet cord into the "LAN" port on the router. The WAP connects your wireless devices to your router.
Connect your laptop or computer to the WAP. Click the "Start" button on your computer and then click "Control Panel." Click "Network and Internet" and then select "Network and Sharing Center." The "Network and Sharing Center" window opens.
Click "Set up a wireless router or access point." Click the "Next" button.
Follow the prompts to create a wireless pass phrase or security key. Write the key down in a safe location to ensure access later, if required.
