Intel modem driver

Hi,
Its sohail from Pakistan. The problem is that, i want to download the driver of my pc modem and its difficult for me how to recognize exact driver for my modem. The Brand of modem is intel 536A ver1.0,which is written on modem chip.Plz kindly help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
i shall be very thankfull for this kind actness.

try these link but you can't download you're modem driver till you've an account over there so register an id and download it
