This is a pretty simple fix if you can read and follow directions. Go to this link and do exactly what it says:

IMPORTANT: Just follow Method 1. Do not do Method 2 or 3. Method 1 should fix the problem.

I charge people $90 dollars to fix this. If only people would use Google and read.

This one gave me a lot of serch results, but I didn't found exactly like mines. This is other one when you CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT and just then get this error.
So the problem occured just when I created ne standart user and created a password for my administratos...
The thing is that I know the problem and read a lot about it, but this is other thing. I get this error only for new standart user.
Firstly looked at registry and found that there are only Administrator log
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-1-5-21-2627113277-2473919770-2634252841-1000
and without .bat so everything is ok. But I thought that there should be another one from standart account that I created. And there are no new folder in users folder. So the problem is that I created the account but no reg files was created and no new folders created... Where is the problem and how to fix this? Oh and the same problem is with the Guest account, but guest folder exist, but registry not exists..

rite ok well seems to me you need to totally renew ur windows you can find out on the main websites

Sounds like profile corruption or virus problem. Try restarting the machine and tapping f8 until menu appears. Go into safe mode then logon as administrator. If you can get into windows, go to control panel then user accounts. Create new user account then restart machine. Log on using new user account and copy all personal files/folders to new user account.
