I'm trying to dismantle the handle of this ONN-OV002 vacuum cleaner that I purchased from Asda to replace a damaged power cord but despite removing every screw visible it will not come apart any suggestions

With vac upright suction is sent to the hose ie top of vac handle when handle is tilted down to the user vacuum position it should send the power suction to the floor also make sure collection bin it in securely that make be the problem

On the Healthy Homes Vac, did you check the switch for the vac, there are 2 on the handle, and the one could be open. Check the wiring at the motor, could even be the motor itself. If at the motor there is a thermostat, it could be bad, but comes with the motor.
