How to install blades

Almost all scroll saws use a 5 inch blade. You need to take all the tension off your saw before installing the blade. Make sure you are using the right kind of blade. Either it is a pinned blade or non pinned blade. Some saws can use either. Make sure the teeth on the blade is facing down toward your saw table. Clamp the blade into the blade clamps and then add the tension. You should be ready to go now

RK7136 locked in safe position . How do I unlock

I am guessing you got an answer by now, but I saw on Amazon someone asked this recently. I remember this problem when I got mine. I assume you mean the arm that lowers and raises the saw, not the locking mechanism for the table. As you face the saw, look at the guard. There is a slightly curved arm that goes from the guard toward the back of the saw. On the piece the guard arm attaches to at the back of the saw on the left side, there is a "pin" that sticks out on the left side. It looks like a bolt that is longer than the others near it. Gently push down on the top of the front of the saw to take pressure off the arm pin, and then just pull the pin to your left, like you were trying to remove it. It doesn't come out all the way, but releases the lock. If you have kids around, best to lock it when not using first. Oh...and their manual sucks!

Most of them have a horizontal pin about a 1/4" in diameter in the back of the saw where it hinges. Just need to pull out the pin.

How does one replace the pin in a sliding compound miter saw? The locking pin on my saw has broken, I have a replacement pin, but I can not figure out how to replace it. Can you help?

I"ve never had to replace one, but here's an exploded parts diagram that shows it has an o-ring on it. I'm guessing its a friction fit and maybe you can just knock it out with a punch or drift, or maybe twist it out with a pair of vise grips...but I don't have the saw in front of me, and can't remember if the back side of the pin is accessible.
Anyway, FWIW, see here.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

TV wont turn on power button flashes and record timer comes on.

For ANYONE to claim a TV will last for 20 years is outrageous! I don't care if it cost 10,000 dollars that is the wrong thing to say. Plasma TV's do generate a lot of heat and heat is the enemy of electronics. I would shop around for a repair because to quote $700 without looking at it is also outrageous. Then again it is well below the cost of a replacement Pioneer plasma.
