Cannot open printmaster address book

-   I have exactly the same problem with Printmaster platinum 16. when logged on as local administrator the address book works fine, however with any other account (even if put into the administrator group and given full permission to all folders) the same error occours "Make sure your hard disk is not full and that you have write access to the directories" when trying to open or create a new address book.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.-   dave2k2

-   I have printmaster 18 which is working well with Vista. The only ploblem I have is when I try to make a new address book, I keep getting the following message .
Make sure your hard disk is not full and that you have write access to the directories
When I try to import my address book f rom a previous version of Printmaster 15, I get the message
The imported information cannot be written to the specified address book.
Make sure your hardisk is not full and that you have write access to the directories.
