You can do it the hard way ... open *My Computer (twice) *open whatever drive the digital picture player is on (usually something like E: or F:) (it's plugged into your computer right?) with the other *My Computer window, open your picture folder and then just cut & paste or copy & paste. This is kind of the round-about way but I've had to do this with certain picture players. You can also go to the company website (picture player brand) and search for a specific driver needed to transfer files.
