Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone
Hi, im james from the philippines, i just got my k800 from my sister from australia..i got it unlocked succesfully at a local workshop and after a few hours while i was exploring my phone i got a little curious and opened a program in the games menu called "executor", it loaded with the java screen for a while and it turned off by itself, i tried to turn it on back again but it won't do, next i tried to charge it but nothing happens, same ways i did when i plugged it in my computer nothing happened..pls help me on this thanks! :)
It is a very well known issue tha only appears after unlocking. Seriously :)
Go back to the guy that unlocked it and ask him to unlock it again, this time with "enable preloader security bypass" checked then to delete the executor application. If he doesn't know what the above means then I suggest you find another guy that actually knows what he is doing...

Hi I have the same problem, I clicked on the executor and the phone flashed on and off and started again ok. So I clicked on it again!!!! (curiousity killed the cat!!!) Then my phone turned off and wouldn't start. Has anyone been back to the unlocking shop, have they managed to repair? I downloaded the system that they use and I can see the option "enable preloader security bypass" on there but i don't think i have the right cable as i am only using the USB that came with the phone and I can't connect my phone without it being turned on I have heard you need a cruiser cable to do this but i'm not sure what that is??????

I was one of those curious people who was victimized by the executor application located in the games menu of sony ericsson. this is due to a previous visit to the repairman to make the phone "open line". and so the piece of **** executor was left behind. if you have the bypass procedure thing, i think you could fix it by yourself. there are some websites that explain the steps. just type bypass operation whatever you call it. But if you dont want to make it worse. i suggest you go to a repairman, just like I did. but. i had to pay again eventhough it was his fault.well, sort of.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
