I think you are asking if the Motorola is compatable with the Cobra, is that correct, if so simple answer NO!, they are completely different makes, made by different manufacturers, in different countries.
You cannot clone from one to the other, without damaging one or both radios.
If this has answered your query, I'm happy to have done so.
to change the frequency of your radio, you need programming cable/programming sofware, but this is only for authorized Motorola dealers, other options go to your nearest motorola dealer, along with your licensed frequency ,they'll program it,thank you
Any programmable UHF 450-470MHz mobile radio could be programmed to the frequencies of the Spirit MU series radios.
Your radios are 2 watts, so you would probably want to stay with a 1-10 watt, or 10-25 watt mobile radio, to have the best success. The current compatible model for Motorola is the CM200 UHF radio. If you are looking at a used radio, just simply watch for it to be UHF 450-470 MHz.
Then when you are ready to have the mobile radio programmed, the dealer (or programmer) will need to know the settings of your MU radios. These are easily read out over the phone, or in person by an experienced programmer.
