The false grinder blocked error on the Saeco Royal Professional can be caused by several issues. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
Check the grinder sensor: The grinder sensor is responsible for detecting if the grinder is blocked. Check if the sensor is dirty or blocked by coffee grounds. Clean the sensor with a dry cloth or brush.
Check the grinder gears: The grinder gears may be worn out or damaged, preventing the motor from turning the burrs. Check if the gears are damaged or dirty, and clean or replace them if necessary.
Check the motor: The grinder motor may be faulty and not providing enough power to the burrs. Check if the motor is spinning freely and not making any unusual noises. If the motor is not working correctly, it may need to be replaced.
Reset the machine: Sometimes, resetting the machine can clear the false error message. Unplug the machine for a few minutes, then plug it back in and see if the error message disappears.
If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact a professional to diagnose and repair the issue.
Its a grinder problem but to fix this you need detailed technical knowledge and experience. It can be one of three things; 1. The Grinder has an inline protective sensor that sits on outside of grinder and can go open circuit. Test by bypassing but do not run unit without this. 2. The motor brushes can be worn out. Unfortunately Miele does not sell new brushes and so you have to replace grinder unless you can fabricate your own. The symptoms of this are a gradual change in grinder speed. 3. The grinder is burn out in which case you must replace unit.
So if this was a sudden fault then its 1 or 3. Regards
check the crank sensor and cam sensor. That two sensor or one of it gets outs of specs when engine heats and temperature gets slightly warm. then it don't function as it has to. but when engine cool down it will function. again when engine heats up it don't function. check the faulty and replace the faulty sensor
check your sensors on the heater unit, there are two or more, simply us a meter and make sure power is on both sides of the sensor, if not then that specific sensor is bad and you should replace it, pull the sensor and tie the two wire together to see if it will heat, if it does replace the sensor they are cheap and will keep you from burning down the house
Sounds like grinder, over heated or got jammed by foriegn item (stone, pebble, etc...). If it over heated, then wait a few minutes, and then try again. Grinder also has a heat fuse that may have burnt out. If grinder doesn't work, after waiting 15 minutes, then a technician may have to replace grinder.
Is it possible that the flame sensor has to be cleaned or replaced. I would try removing it first and then use steel wool or some sandpaper and clean it off. I have seen them get all blackened and discoloured and then they don't conduct heat the way they should so the sensor stops the flow of gas. Give that a try.
Pull it apart and clean the armature, you will find something between the brush contacts getting larger and making contact thus shorting it out, so clean the armature with fine point object do not gouge the material out of the area between the copper plates. Also blow out any metal dust you may see.
