Amana 80sse furnace fire up work for about 10 min. It goes in lockout and inducer motor stay on

Robert, that is a typical indication of the furnace cycling on its high temperature switch. Look for a dirty filter, return air blockage or any other thing that would cause air flow restriction across the heat exchanger. If nothing else is evident, possibly attempt changing the heating speed to medium low or medium high for heat to improve air flow. But if it worked with no changes prior to this problem, it has to be lack of air flow that is causing the issue.

I wish I was a furnace expert but I will give a push in the right direction. When a gas/electric fan runs it has two speeds. When you turn on the FAN ON switch it should run at the slower speed. If it doesn't turn on or turn off again when you turn it back you have a wiring problem or a thermostat problem. Make sure the thermostat is compatible with your unit and wired properly (on both ends). The other time the fan runs is "in session" when heat or cooling is applied to the system. It should run until the system finishes the cycle then a bit more (30 seconds or 1 minute) to blow the treated air completely through the ducts. If it doesn't stop then you may have a bad fan time delay or relay. Check parts for your model and various appliance repair site online.

I have a E2EB-017HA air handler and I want to change it to a variable speed motor. Is this possible

Some companies do sell a variable speed kit. It includes the motor and controls. Get your model and serial number of your unit and contact your local Payne dealer. The can locate the proper kit if available for you.

I had the heating elemnt replaced in my unit and since that time I don't have the air flow volume I had before it was replaced and now I can't cool my trailer. The air is real cold (my vents is real wet)...

Some things that would change air flow in a system are:

Blocked/Clogged Return Air. Usually a dirty filter.

Blocked/Clogged A-Coil. Inside the coil box, you have to remove the cover that is on the coil itself, unless it's a downflow, then you can see on top of the coil if it is clogged or dirty. You can usually clean it with a small wire brush.

Fan Settings Have Been Changed. On the electrical board inside the furnace, you will have terminals that your fan motor wires connect to. You should have a terminal for heat, one for cool, and two that are marked as "Park". The BLACK wire from the motor will be the highest speed setting. You will have this information on the schematics on the back of the furnace door panel also, they are fairly easy to read. All the speeds are HIGH/MED HIGH/MED LO/LOW. The two speeds you don't want, you place on the PARK terminals.

Furnace Blower Motor Getting Weak. If there seems like there is no change in the speed settings, then your motor could be going out and would have to be replaced.

These are just a few possibilities that you can check out. Hope it helps and good luck!

What is the efficiency rating on the Trane model BLU055E936B1 upflow furnace and what new furnaces are available to replace this old Trane furnace without having to change the venting system.

Chances are you need to replace both the condenser and furnace, then you you should get a varaible speed blower with the new furnace, get at least a 90% gas system with a 16 SEER condenser, save on energy cost as soon as it's installed. Go Get IT

My intertherm furnace (old model) has recently getting quite loud and clunky during its heating cycles, sound like the blower maybe??

Your blower motor has several speeds to it and by the problem you are having it sounds as though the blower motor may be going out. The motor has a slower speed for the heating cycle and since you have the noise in the heating mode I suggest having the blower motor changed as soon as possible since it could cause other problems in the heating section of the furnace( possibly burning out the high limit switches). Good Luck on your repairs hope this helped

Why is my Whirpool Window AC fan speed not changing? I have replaced the switch already!

possible that the fan motor speeds have gone out.. On the cooling cycle the fan speed is set for higher speeds and heat cycle slower speeds. it is possible that the fan motor in that speed you are needing is burned out

Fan speed setting of my Carrier furnace model 58wav091-14

most time, you don't have to do anything because the default setting for wiring with fan speed already. if not, trace the motor wires from motor with red , white and black from motor fan to PL2 and PL1. the best is look at a diagram from your actual furnace.
