I want to purchase the TM 3270, but it only has 1GB. I'd really like to have 2GB, but can't afford the extra cost, seems to be 300 more . So, I wondered how you add 1 GB to the 3270??? Cost of doing that? Thanks, Julie

Okay, I don't believe someone wants 300 more for an extra GB. You can upgrade it to 4 GB for just over $100, 2 GB is around $52. On the bottom of the laptop will be a compartment with one or maybe two screws in it. There should be a little picture of memory next to the screw(s). Loosen the screws and remove the door, there is your memory. You may have to remove a chip to install the 2 GB chip or, if it already has a 1 GB chip in it and one slot is free, then you can just purchase another GB and install it.
