Question about Polaroid i830 Digital Camera
I Fix Cameras and this sounds like it could be only 1 of 2 things. Since the backlight of your LCD is still functioning, It does not sound like the ribbon cable from the LCD has come out of its slot. Although your lense may be functioning, it could be broken in the inside causing an obstruction that is blocking the lense, or the Digital signal processor on the back of the lense has blown. Either case, it will caost you too much to repair even by yourself, but don't let it discourage you from getting a quote from a shop.
