Its very easy to create a personal email for yourself.
You can create in Gmail
Step 1 :
1. Go to www.gmail.com
2. Click on "Create new account"
3. Fill all details and choose your username wisely.(ex: mahamud.salax)
4. Submit the form.

You will be able to login to gmail account now.

Similarly you can create in Yahoo/Rediff and so on.

The only way you can create a new address is to create a new account. the address you have now cannot be changed. hope this help you.

Go to www.facebook.com and create a new account. You CAN'T create a new account using the same email address already used for signing up on Facebook.

To create a new account:
Go to Yahoo! Mail login page, underneath where you would sign in is "Don't have a Yahoo! ID". Click the Sign Up button and make a new Yahoo! account.

To create a second Yahoo! email name on the same account:
Sign into Yahoo! Mail, choose Options in the right hand corner, under Management choose Mail Addresses. You can only get one extra mail address for your account.

Click On "Get Started" In this area you can choose the name of your new address. Once you have created the address you can modify how the name will appear to the receipients in the Options/Management/General Preferences section.

I believe you can do that. Just go to mail.yahoo.com and create a new account. From your paid account, you should be able to import any emails you get from the new one. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, the official answer from Yahoo is that if you forgot your secret questions you will need to create a new account.

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.
If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

• Your birthday
• Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
• Your alternate email address -Note: You must have access to this email address
• Country code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)

Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new Yahoo! ID or password or the last time you updated your account.
If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. But first you'll have to provide the following information so we can confirm your identity:

• Your Yahoo! ID
• Alternate email address, mobile phone number, or the answers to your secret questions

A Reset Your Password link will be sent to your alternate email address. Click the link and enter your new password in the Reset your password page.

If you entered your secret question incorrectly or forgot what you originally entered, for security reasons, we cannot tell you what your Yahoo! ID is or let you create a new password.
