Question about Microsoft Office Professional 2007 Full Version for PC
I have a disk for Office 2007 that was originally installed on my computer when I purchased the computer. I have since had a crash and was unable to recover the product ID for this product prior to stripping HD and re-installing everything. I am using a product ID that does not let me update as it states it is unable to validate this product. I was able to update etc prior to the crash. All I have is the cd (not original) that was sent to me by the builder. I am unable to contact the company for this information. Is it possible to locate the product id on this disk?
Try this download for free, http://www.belarc.com/. Will tell you all the installed MS software on your pc and the keys that are logged. The "ogacheckcontroll.dll" is located in the windows system 32 directory on your harddrive. Find it and change the name to .old, then run the office genuine validation again. It will now validate.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
