I am writing restaurant menus for different restaurants, I want to create a program wherein lets say, I type in appetizers, a list of common menu name for appetizers appear and i get to choose among the list...I know this is possible, how?

To select which menu you want to change, go to OPTIONS screen, SETUP, TOUCH SCREEN CONFIGURATION. Click on the top right button, SCHEDULE: DEFAULT. A list of your menus will appear and you can select which one you wish to edit. If only DEFAULT appears, you do not have multiple menus, at least on this station.
