information, perform those troubleshooting steps. If possible, perform a self-test on the printer. These
"self-diagnostic" tools can often resolve or diagnose basic issues with your
hardware. also: -click start, point to setting and then click on printers - right click on the printer that you want to check and then properties - verify that all of your printer properties are configures as recommented by your printer manufacturer. to do so, view the documentation included with you printer -if needed go to control panel and then to printers/cameras and try to set up your printer through there, you may need to update drivers.
