Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Go to the following website to download the drivers for this printer:

http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=14418&prodoid=22966681&BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows&x=15&y=12

You will need to pick the right drivers for the operating system you have.

Good luck.

If your printer documentation includes any troubleshooting information, perform those troubleshooting steps.
If possible, perform a self-test on the printer. These "self-diagnostic" tools can often resolve or diagnose basic issues with your hardware.
also:
-click start, point to setting and then click on printers
- right click on the printer that you want to check and then properties
- verify that all of your printer properties are configures as recommented by your printer manufacturer. to do so, view the documentation included with you printer
-if needed go to control panel and then to printers/cameras and try to set up your printer through there, you may need to update drivers.
