I would check with your local building codes before investing any money with this issue.
Most companies will do free or cheap onsite bids. They should be able to give you a complete break down of what you might need and the related costs.

How a Central Air Conditioning System Works
amn_howac.jpg

Facts:
  • The typical central air conditioning system is a split system, with an outdoor air conditioning, or "compressor bearing unit" and an indoor coil, which is usually installed on top of the furnace in the home.
  • Using electricity as its power source, the compressor pumps refrigerant through the system to gather heat and moisture from indoors and remove it from the home.
  • Heat and moisture are removed from the home when warm air from inside the home is blown over the cooled indoor coil. The heat in the air transfers to the coil, thereby "cooling" the air.
  • The heat that has transferred to the coil is then "pumped" to the exterior of the home, while the cooled air is pumped back inside, helping to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
  • Central air conditioning can also be provided through a package unit or a heat pump.

Benefits:
  • Indoor comfort during warm weather - Central air conditioning helps keep your home cool and reduces humidity levels.
  • Cleaner air - As your central air conditioning system draws air out of various rooms in the house through return air ducts, the air is pulled through an air filter, which removes airborne particles such as dust and lint. Sophisticated filters may remove microscopic pollutants, as well. The filtered air is then routed to air supply ductwork that carries it back to rooms.
  • Quieter operation - Because the compressor bearing unit is located outside the home, the indoor noise level from its operation is much lower than that of a free-standing air conditioning unit.

I HAVE A MODEL UFG-101AG-4 SERIAL # 800H2 INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE FOR MOBILE HOME OR TRAVEL TRAILER THAT I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT?

OK. Let me answer you, even if honestly I don't have any idea about an INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE. To get any answer, to a problem, you should describe your problem. Just telling that you don't know what's wrong with it is simply no enough information, even for a star expert in your INTERTHERM FORCED AIR FURNACE.

Furnace keeps running when set at 78 but only gets up to 75....we have an outdoor wood burner that is hooked up to it and that is our heat source....

Sometimes thermostat settings are not right on the money. In your case it could be that the furnace is accurate but the house temp could be lower due to a number of reasons. People going in and out, bad insulation, window drafts, or just the thermostat being out of calibration. I think you are just fine with only a 3 degree difference. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

To avoid all sorts of wiring problems use only one two stage heat thermostat and wire outdoor boiler to first stage of heat or disconnect white wire from original thermostat and run 2 wire thermostat cable (white and blue , Heat and common to control outside water furnace control ) from original furnace to outdoor 24 v furnace relay .

Model DGAA070BDT SER# 0112o6717 Colman Mobil home furnace My furnace makes a internal thump when it's in the cool down cycle after the burner shuts down and only the fan is running before the furnace...

Coleman is known for this. I have seen many over the years make this noise during cool down. The heat exchanger is contracting and expanding. The heat exchanger is the part that the fire burns in. It surrounds the flame, and when the furnace is on, the metal they use for many of their furnaces has a tendency to make noise as it cools off.
One other thing, if you don't already have one, it would be good for you to buy a carbon monoxide detector and put it in the mobile home somewhere up high hopefully in the hallway close to the furnace return air. If the heat ex. is expanding as is sounds, it would be good to make sure it does not have a crack in it , in turn releasing dangerous fumes. Hope this helps.

I removed the blower from the furnace to clean it. After installing the blower the condenser would not come on. The furnace heating works okay The air conditioner works and cools the house if I force...

You don't have the t'sat wires to the outdoor unit hooked up. They should be on the y & c terminals. If they are you may have a burnt out contactor coil. It should read 24volts at the contactor coil when you are calling for cooling
