Trouble with unlocking the phone and finding the sim card slot

Just type any password until your phone asking PUK code. PUK code is a unique number to unlock your phone if you forget your pin number and can be found from your sim card paper or asking from network provider. With puk code you can unlock motorola bt51 from old pin and you can set new password, but please pay attention when you entering that code don't make mistake for many times. It will not make your motorola unlocked your sim card also locked.

The w385 is a CDMA phone, so it does not use a SIM.

try the last 4 digits on the phone and if you do it to many times you need to buy a new sim card trhts wat i did

perhaps you can try going to your media mail> sent messages and see if you can do it there. if not try going to mediamail.boostmobile.com and select inbox and delete it there.
