When i try to turn on camera i get message pile faible and it turns off. What is that?

I believe that is a "low battery" error. You need to change the battery(ies). Check that your charger is working correctly as well if you are using the rechargeable batteries. (The camera takes 2 AAs, 2 rechargeable AAs (SNB-2312 or SBP-1303) or 1 CR-V3). If new batteries do not help, check the contacts in the battery compartment for corrosion or bent contacts. Often a pencil eraser used gently can remove the first problem. Gently unbend any bent contacts.

After you put in new batteries, you can change your language setup. Press Menu (when not in voice record mode), use the left/right arrows to choose Setup (Ajustage) (the icon reads SET with a crescent in the upper left). Use the up/down to select the third item in the list (Language/Langue) and press the right arrow. Use the up/down arrows to highlight English (Anglais) at the top of the list. Press the OK button. Press Menu twice to get the menu to disappear.

I hope this helps.

Low battery indication with new batteries

Make sure you are using rechargable batteries. Normal batteries are not strong enough. Try using either rechargable Lithium Ion batteries, or rechargable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) batteries. These are much stronger and should give you a good battery life.

Digimax 401 keeps saying batteries low

the camera tends to take up a lot of battery so what the best solution is to buy some rechargeable batteries those work great. i have some of those. and they tend to last a very long time!

Samsung digimax d73 just bleeps then turns itself off

i had the same problem with my d73. i contacted samsung and they have done a repair(foc because it was only 1 week out of warranty) the report says they have replaced the zoom barrel gears and that the batteries i have used are not strong enough, they must be at least 2100 milliamps and rechargeable.

Samsung digimax D73 not turning on

i had the same problem, but it appeared, when my rechargeable batteries died.. it just friezed  while the lens was coming out. it came out abaout a half of it's length.. tried connecting to pc, different batteries, until pressed the lens a bit towards camera and then tried to pull it out a bit - and it came back again. It started to work. So I gues all of your problems has something to do with the lens.
