I cant open youtube from libya - YouTube Videos

Im sorry to hear that.. I can give you this suggestion.. Im not sure if it will work for you, but worth a try..

Download & Install Hotspot shield..

After downloading & installing it, you have to run the file before opening a browser..
Then click connect..
When it says "connected" try browsing.. This should allow you to view any blocked website..

that mean youtube blocked in libya country ther is only one way to use youtube in libya just change the DNS 1 to 8.8.8.8 then change the DNS 2 to 4.4.4.4 then youtube will work

If you want to bypass your dictatorship's (or school's, or company's) restrictions to free internet - try a proxy website, for example: http://slyuser.com where you don't enter youtube.com in the address bar anymore, but in a special textbox. In theory such websites could steal your passwords, but so far (couple of years) I haven't experienced any fraud. ---------------------------------- Other solutions: 1) If your president hates free internet and blocks or limits the speed of youtube.com - overthrow him.
2) If only youtube site opens slowly, while other sites open quickly - your internet provider might be cheating in order to save usage of bandwidth (video sites take 50-90% of the total internet bandwidth). Short answer is that Libya might be blocking YouTube... There's a way around it if you choose to use one of these IP "counter" services that makes it so that people don't recognize you. Sorry, not going down to details here. You know Gaddafi...:)

you can open the youtube site with the help of "ultrasurf".It is a way through you can open any of the site without any problem.First dowmload it from the link given "http://en.softonic.com/s/ultrasurf-9.5".

Ask the people in the metacafe, they must have set the computers so you cant use youtube.
You would not be able to install or fix the problem, as i doubt you are allowed to install any siftware yourself
