Question about HP Officejet 4315 All-in-One Printer
Help my display reads:
Cartridge Error (replaced new cartridge)
troubleshooting refer to documentation guide ????????
what the heck does that mean
I called HP -- HELLO, refused to be of help
I just called HP yesterday, they are sending me a replacement - this seems to be a defect.

Please clean the copper contacts of the cartridges with dry cloth and then check the expiry date and ink level present in the cartridges.
If the cartridges are expired or out of ink, replace the cartridges and check for the result.
If the cartridges are not expired and not out of ink then insert the cartridges and check for the results, if the issue persists recycle the printer and then reset the printer.
