Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.
I hope this information is helpful to you, good luck!

I have a jazzy select 7 and freewheel mode will not change even after rocking chair and moving handles up and down it still stays in drive mode

To engage or disengage the drive motors: 1. Locate the manual freewheel levers at the front of the chair. See figure 5. 2. Push the levers down to engage the drive motors (drive mode). See figure 8. 3. Pull the levers upward to disengage the drive motors (freewheel mode). See figure 9.
If a lever is difficult to move in either direction, rock your power chair back and forth slightly. The lever should then move to the desired position Manual link below.

Pride jazzy elite he power chair. I can't figure out how to put it in drive. It'll go in neutral. But when I switch the levers to r the lights just run a sequence on joystick then cuts off.

make sure the charger is disconnected from the chair. turn the power on, then push the horn button twice in row, within ten seconds of starting the Joystick. This will reset the lockout. Push on the chair to see if both motors are in the parked position, if one side moves then that side is not locked. both sides need to be locked in order for the chair to run. Strege Mobility

How move ypushing--battery dead

On the back of the chair, there is a lever that dis-engages the drive motor to allow you to push the chair.

Jazzy 614HD will not move. Lights flash from right to left, then cuts off. Unlock instructions are not effective. Chair is fully charged.

If chair has a tilt, recline or lift seat on it it may be going into lock-out mode on its own due to a limit switch fault. If you don't have any of these options then I suggest you remove the joystick, controller and any wire harness between the two and send them to a shop like mine for repair.
The usual lock out light chase is from left to right - not right to left so this is suspect of a different issue.

Jazzy 1113 will not operate!

The click you hear when you activiate the joystick is the electric solenoid on the automatic brakes going on, and then off when you push then release the joystick. This is normal. If it isn't moving, check to see if the free-wheel levers are in gear or in neutral. If you can push the chair, you are in neutral and activating the joystick will just release the brake and run the motors. Turn the two levers to the drive position and then it should take you where you want to go.

You can go to Pride Mobility's website to download an owners manual for your chair here

Good luck.

My Jazzy won't move.

If your batteries are truly charge they should read around 24.5 VDC. And if the freewheel lever is engaged and you still have no movement your probably need to get into a service tech. Also check the circuit breaker on the chair.

Led lights flash and Pride Go chair won't move.

Firstly disengage the drive levers and then "flick "them in fash.
Second pull out the large plug that is between them.
Check for damaged or bent or loose pins. press it home firmly .
I did this on my wifes chair and she zooms around.
All switched etc should be off during charge.

Lastly i fully discharged then recharged the battery to ensure no "battery charge memory".
To fully dicharge i shoved a small box between back wheels so to lift of ground and then a elastic band to hond controler on.
