Generic problem for all Car Amplifiers

I bought an update CD, DTM 9.0 half a year ago (almost 100€).The matter is, that this CD seems to have screwed the Nav system up. I get guidance off road, completely wrong directions.
The original CD "Traffic Pro 7.0 DTM Version 2.0" worked well, although missing some recent roads.
I tried to reload this, but this did not work out. By the way, the Compass graphics has stopped working. All I see is "GPS working OK". My request is:
To get the original CD operating (Can I reset the BE7802?)
