I have tried unplugging several times, to no avail.
All of the reference materials provided with the TV have invalid internet and invalid telephone numbers. I cannot seem to find Mintek. Do you have any valid numbers for them?

A good tv repair tech can fix the set, so its not a must to take it to mintek directly.
