You will have to get the phone repaired in any case. So why not get it repaired first and then worry about retrieving the data. Tell Nokia Care all your requirements. Otherwise it is a very tall order. You will have to have your user guide opened on the page required. Switch the phone off. Switch it on andfollow the user guide. Beware, that one wrong move could send your data to an unknown destination. make a choice.
