Hi I have the Henari Refesh Air 3-in-1 and am having problems get the Dehumidifier only to work. I've done as above. There is a little pipe inside next to the water collector. This is inside. when i put the water collector tray in the machine switches off. I have switched it off and on and set it to dry but nothing is happening. If i take the water collector out then it switches on and u must unstop the pipe and ly it in a bucket. the machine then switches on and runs but the "water full" light then comes on and after running it for about half hour nothing seems to happen? Can you please help. I have a serious humid problem in my house.

I have one of these units.

To dehumidify, you remove the exhaust pipe, check the water collector is empty and then set the mode to DRY.
Keep doors & windoiws closed.
You don't need to set temterature, fan speed etc as that is for the cooling & fan only mode.
if it runs for a while and then stops, or does not run it may mean that there is frost on the evaourator coil benind the filter on the left side of the machine. alow it to defrost & the unit should run.

also check it is not in timer mode - by switching off, unplugging and plugging back in.

After googling I found an answer!!! I went on the web site www.answerbank.co.uk and asked for the instructions... Someone had already asked the same question... The answer was that breville took over the model and if you ring this number 0161 621 6900 and say you need the instructions and recipes for the breadmaker model breville BR8L which happens to be the same as the Goodman cuisine GBM625-Hinari Domestic H13904, but would suggest you don't ask for Goodmans or Hinari!!! They will send you an email with the instructions and recipes as an attachment.
