Panasonic pip

i have a panasonic ct31xf44 tv with pip.it only works with my old pan. vcr
that ihas a tuner. do they make a vcr with a tuner today and also a dvd/vcr ? i t have a pan dvd/vcr recorder dmres 40v but the pip doesnot work
any solutions?thankyou
