Question about Dell A960 All-In-One InkJet Printer
AFTER ALMOST 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE W/DELL I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T HELP B/C I WAS NOT USING "DELL" CARTRIDGES--MY BLACK CARTRIDGE WAS STILL NOT WORKING SO I WENT TO www.inkjetOasis.ca & clicked on printer help. What a relief! I soaked the cartridge in 1/4" of 50% rubbing alcohol & water & put 2-3 drops in the sponge head on the far left of my printer for about 10 minutes. Then wiped the cartridge with a clean paper towel & also absorbed the pad with a paper towel & reinserted the cartridge. I did not perform another form alignment, but instead downloaded & printed their "Greyscale test page" I was so excited-NO MORE CLOG & BY PRINTER IS WORKING JUST FINE NOW!!!!! HOPE THIS HELPS B/C I KNOW THERE ARE ALOT OF A960 FRUSTRATED USERS OUT THERE

I HAVE A DELL A960 PRINTER AND I REPLACED NEW BLACK CARTRIDGE BUT I KEEP GETTING THE MESSAGE " CARTRIDGE ERROR 50 ".
I DISCONNECTED AND RECONNECTED THE POWER BUT NO LUCK.
DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE COLOR CARTRIDGE TOO, SINCE IT IS EMPTY.
