Question about Computers & Internet
I have a HP 1.3 Megapixel Notebook webcam, the version with USB input only. I'm operating on Vista, 32-bit. I don't have the disc for the software; I bought the webcam secondhand.
I've tried installing a number of drivers from the HP website and none of them seem to work. Some seem to be intended for a different version of the cam (I've seen the words "Ultimate" and "Ultra" tacked into the name). Does anyone know where I can find the correct driver? I've already tried:
can not find driver in preinstalled windows vista for 1.3 megapixel camera
You need to go to the manufactures site and download the VISTA
driver for the camera. Then follow the info below to install
Disconnect the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
