It can be a possible hardware issue or a software issue

Try to run the dell diagnostics

If it fails replace the part on which it fails.. If it passes reinstall the OS to fix the issue

SOURCE: my dell 5125 indicates internal

Try accessing setup utility and verify there if it still recognizes your hard drive, if not then that means your hard drive had crashed. If you have important files on the drive, you can try to recover it by going to a local service provider and have your files recovered, and of course you have to get a new hard drive for your dell.

SOURCE: no bootable device

Error Code 0141 means no drive detected.
If that's your problem then you should take out the harddrive out and try it on another laptop or buy an external enclosure.
You can get them for $10
If it won't run on another computer that means the harddrive is bad but if it does run then it means you have a serious issue within the laptop componants.

Make sure you fixed the HDD properly..In some cases you need to push a little harder. See if any pins had been bent, if so straighten it, without breaking it.

The hard drive has failed. If you're in warranty, contact Dell for a warranty replacement of the drive - it's a customer-replaceable part.
If you're out of warranty, look on ebay for a good deal on a brand new hard drive for your Dell Inspiron 1525

Error code 1000-0416 and 1000-0141

These error codes lead me to believe the video card that is on the motherboard has called it to quits. You could investigate how much a logic board for this would be, I found ebay to be a good source. This is not one of those quick fixes it will need to be taken apart. Should you worry about cost, I would be shopping for a new laptop

Error code 2000-0141 no drive detected

That error code references a bad hard drive. If you still have warranty call Dell support line as that code means Dell will ship you a new hard drive.
Other options are much more complex like booting to a utility (you have to buy this) which will scan your hard drive sector by sector and try to repair bad blocks.
