Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
As my sansa keeps freezing while refreshing database, i tried to enter the recovery mode. So I turned my sansa e270 off, activated keylock and pressed the rec-button while putting the USB-cable into my PC. But my sansa only says "key locked, system shutdown". What can I do now?
Disengage the lock switch, then try this: Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
