Hi dont know what brand that car is but try to find it in the manual book if not then on the truck or mostly thry put it on the spare tire look for a sticker if no luck bribg it to a dealer they unlock it for free as long as its in ur name hope this will help
When the battery was removed the codes are reset and so it will be best to check your manual or the dealership database as this is easily available with them.

We may be able to help with this but need more information. Each radio has its own individual security code. There is no blanket code that covers Freelanders for example.
You will need to supply the serial number and part number of the radio itself so we can identify what radio you have. This will involve removing the radio from the dash to find the serial number which is on a label at the back or stamped into the metal casing of the radio itself.
Post this information up and we can advise from there.
Hi Dan, we have similar problems with Transit vans. We call our local Ford agent who has the codes on computer, they can also help with how to key in the code ( they are a bit odd!) Good luck
