I'm going to guess that you have a Sony set based upon the circuit designations that you listed. If that is so, you really don't need the entire module. You will need to replace the transistors and a resistor. Possibly a cap or two will be required as well. Please post the model number and further details shall be provided.

Thanks,
Dan

My tv have one line white horizontal

The vertical output integrated circuit (Q301, mounted on a heatsink roughly in the middle of the main circuit board) isn't working. This is frequently because of bad solder connections, which is an easy repair if there are no other parts needing replacement. However, the device itself may have gone bad or there may be power supply problems. It's not unusual for other parts around the IC to go bad first and cause the IC to fail.

You can try resoldering the connections to Q301. If that doesn't bring the picture back, or there are other pictures problems afterward, you can see what a TV technician would charge to repair the set. I always liked the Toshiba picture quality, so if everything else was working properly and you were happy with the set it might be worth the cost of fixing it.

When I push button to turn on, the light flashes orange. Nothing happens, no fan, nothing. It worked fine yesterday.

This usually means a failed power supply and/or failed system board. No way to know further without swapping parts. Power supply is cheaper to replace .

I have an RCA tv that when you turn it on the green button stays on for 10 seconds then goes out it does this 3 times then stops. Picture never comes on

it is going into shutdown, alot of things can cause this, bad solder connections on the power supply/sweep module, shorted flyback and/or horizontal output transistor, could even be shorted picture tubes. most likely it's bad capacitors and solder connections on the power supply/sweep module, needs at least some minimal soldering skills.

Need to know "no bus" indicator light on instrument panel....

"No Bus" means the data cable going to the (PCM) computer is unplugged, or the PCM has failed and not able to read the information it is being given.
Sometimes just jiggling the PCM causes the ODO "NO BUS" to come on.
Sometimes a bad crank or cam sensor can cause this as well.

Here is the OFFICIAL checklist for the "NO BUS" condition....

Vehicle: 1998 - 1999 Dodge Durango 3.9L
2000 - 2001 Dodge Durango 4.7L
1998 - 2000 Dodge Durango 5.2L
1998 - 2001 Dodge Durango 5.9L

Symptom: Engine will not start. Gauges are inoperative. No BUS message displayed on odometer.

System: Body/Chassis Electrical, Emissions/PCM/Fuel, Engine Electrical

Codes: N/A

Problem 1 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor.

Test & Fix: If the 5v power supply circuit is shorted to ground, the CCD bus is unable to transmit messages and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) appears to be "dead". The PCM is not damaged when the 5v power supply gets shorted to ground, but does need to be reset by turning the key off for 10 second after the short is removed. Using a DVOM or labscope, measure the voltage on the 5v reference wire at the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. If 5v is not present, unplug the Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor. Turn the key off for 10 seconds. Turn the key on and measure the voltage on the 5v power supply circuit. If the voltage is now 5v, replace the CKP sensor.

Problem 2 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor.

If 5v is not present, unplug the Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor. Turn the key off for 10 seconds. Turn the key on and measure the voltage on the 5v power supply circuit. If the voltage is now 5v, replace the CMP sensor.

Problem 3 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor.

Using a DVOM or labscope, measure the voltage on the 5v reference wire (5v power supply) at the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor. If 5v is not present, unplug the MAP sensor. Turn the key off for 10 seconds. Turn the key on and measure the voltage on the 5v power supply circuit. If the voltage is now 5v, replace the MAP sensor.

Problem 4 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted Throttle Position Sensor (TPS).

Using a DVOM or labscope, measure the voltage on the 5v reference wire (5 volt power supply) at the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor. If 5v is not present, unplug the TPS. Turn the key off for 10 seconds. Turn the key on and measure the voltage on the 5v power supply circuit. If the voltage is now 5v, replace the TPS.

Problem 5 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted wire.

If 5v is not present, unplug all sensors that are connected to the 5v power supply and disconnect the PCM. Check if either 5v power supply circuit is shorted to ground using a DVOM. If the circuit is found to be shorted to ground, repair the wire and the cause of the short.

Problem 6 of 6: The 5v power supply from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is shorted due to a shorted Governor Pressure Sensor.

If 5v is not present, unplug the large round connector on the driver's side of the transmission. Turn the key off for 10 seconds. Turn the key on and measure the voltage on the 5v power supply circuit. If the voltage is now 5v, remove the transmission pan and check for shorted wiring inside the transmission. If the wiring is OK, replace the Governor Pressure Sensor.

Many times the PCM simply overheats - and changing it will stop the problem.

2000 Ram 1500 4x4 "no bus"

All the modules are connected together to communicate with each other via the PCI bus. It is possible that one of the modules is pulling the bus down. If the vehicle won't start it could be any one of the modules. It will be a process of elimination to find the faulty one by disconnecting them one at a time.

RCA P61960 projection screen. no picture, no sound. tries but shuts off.

It will depend on the Chassis number you have but it sounds like a bad Deflection module or a bad Convergence power supply module. The Convergence Power supply module is on the left looking from the back mounted above the deflection module. On newer models the picture tubes can short and put these sets into shut down mode ( Three Trys). Start by unplugging the CRT modules off the neck of the tubes one at a time. If it doesn't come on you have eliminated the tubes. There will be a Red and Black set of wires from the deflection module to the convergence power supply module. Unplug it. If it fires up then it's the convergence power supply module. If not it will probably be the deflection module. The flayback transformer is a common problem along with several bad caps towards the front of the board. Let me know if this fixes it.

forwarded from someone named dillin Your TV has a short in the power supply, and or the sweep drive, sweep power supply,or the convergence module on this set will also kill the set from time to time. If you have a service manual, and a multimeter there with you and you know how to troubleshoot solidstate printed circuit board, the first thing to do would be to get a servoice manual, located the convergence module, disconnect all the plugs to the module. Next pull off all trhee picture tube sockets off the picture tubes and lay them aside, making sure they do not touch anything.. Plug in the set. If it comes on with sound, you most likley have a bad convergence module. Here are the spects and part numbers. Part Number: BP95-00415B, Description: ASSY SUB PCB-CG MOD, Stock Availability: Item usually ships in 5 business days, Price: $87.02. you get it here at http://www.samsungparts.com/,enter your model number If the set does not come on then your going to need to trouble shoot the sweep and main power supply's. I have had in this model the Hi voltage block cause this set to go bad once . If you have no electronic troubleshooting skills, Play it safe and call in a tech to assist you in this repair. Good Luck, and let know how you made out.
