My Razr V3's arrows don't work; I can access the menu, but can't arrow down or up to scroll. So I can't copy contacts to SIM, see any of my contacts, user browser if arrows required to access settings. Can't even view contacts beyond the first few for each letter. Any suggestions to fix the arrow or copy contacts without access to the arrows?

Open your phone
Press the Center Key (the key in the middle of the arrow ring)
Press the Up arrow key three times (to highlight Messaging)
Press the center key
Press the left softkey button (to access the options)
Press the Down arrow once (to highlight Erase Messages)
Press the Center key
Press the center key (to access Erase All Messages)
Press the left softkey (to confirm Yes Erase All Messages)
All your text messages are now deleted.
Press the Menu button (in the center of the four directional arrows) to bring up your settings menu, then scroll to the left to get to the Messaging menu. Click the left options button for the Settings screen, then select #5 from the list, Signature. Scroll down to select Custom, and then type the signature that you want to use and choose OK to save it.
Go to your address book. Find the listing you want to transfer to your SIM card. Select it and then go to EDIT. Now scroll down to where it says STORE TO: It will either say PHONE or SIM. If it says PHONE you will need to select CHANGE. This will allow you to select between PHONE and SIM. Change it to SIM and click on SELECT. It is now saved to your SIM card. Have a great day!
You should be able to scroll using the down arrow on the main menu button, however I can tell you as an AT&T customer that their text system doesn't allow as long text messages as some other carriers do.
1. From the standby screen (the first screen when you open your phone), go to the menu. 2. Scroll to the address book and press select. 3. Scroll to the address you wish to copy (or any address if you want to copy all of them) and press the menu key. 4. Go down to copy and press select.
5. Select "Entries" to copy just that one entry or "All to SIM" if you
want to copy all your addresses to your SIM card, or "All to Phone" if
you want to copy them all to your phone. 6. Select Merge or
Override. Merge will combine any addresses that are already on your
card with the ones you are now copying, Override will replace anything
that is already there with the ones you are now copying. Be careful in
deciding which you want to do since Override will delete anything
previously saved and merge will duplicate any that were already saved
and are being saved again.
