I have lenovo S9 ideapad, when i purchased this ideapad it has linux oprating system in it,inbuild webcam and inbuild bluetooth function which can be put ON only with the help of a single wireless button and than i converted the OS with windows 7, from that movement i am not able to ON the blueetooth with the help of the wireless button and not the webcam... pls help

Call the Manufacturer of the webcam for support on setting up the webcam

install "blueman"
i don't know what operating system you are using, but on ubuntu, open a terminal and type "sudo apt-get install blueman"

Open your computer's web browser.

Type following URL into your browser's address bar:

Press enter and your browser will open the Lenovo USB webcam download page.

Click the "lenovousbwebcam.exe" link to save the driver installation file to your computer.

Double-click the downloaded EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install your Lenovo webcam.

Click the "mediaonegallery.exe" link to save the Lenovo Media One Gallery application installation file to your computer.

Double-click the EXE file, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Media One Gallery application for use with your Lenovo USB webcam.

Restart your computer to save changes.

When you reboot your computer you can click the Media One Gallery shortcut to use your webcam

webcams do go bad. In my experience when a webcam stops functioning in one way, shape, or form it's usually the actual webcam that's faulty.

Yes! Go to a Linux forum and find the right "Flavour" for you. There are a lot of different versions (Flavours) of linux and they all work and look slightly different. Find one you like and "Follow The Penguin" Good Luck.

For you to enable the Webcam for your Lenovo system you need to press FN + F5 a radio button will appear on the screen indicationg that the bluetooth is on.. FN + F5 is also used to turn on the wireless switch
