you want to goto settings in your mobile phone and select restore factory setting, in that type the security code 12345 and press ok .then the problem will be solved

Reset you phone to "Factory Default" by entering 12345 as the code. To do this, go to "settings" scroll down to the bottom and select "Factory Default" or "Factory Restore" and enter the code as mentioned above and press "Ok". This will restart your phone or if not will directly reset you phone to the factory default (the condition of the settings when you purchased). If this doesn't fix, you need to update the firmware, i would suggest you to get it done from the mobile repairing shop.

it is occur for your phone memory full. as a result your ram is too much slow. so the way is restore your phone. for it need your security code is 12345.

you need to reflash your phones software, well you need gadget to reprogram your unit so you better go to a service center(nokia Care)

reset to factory ,it will change everything except u r security password ; goto settings-> reset factory settings
