Cannot find the locking button to change the blade.' skill' saw brand usa. notice that other models have it poking out to the side

It was for a circular saw...cldnt find that option, so I asked under a mitre saw question.
Anyway. Some skill saws dont have locking gear button. Instead, I laid down a piece of wood to lock the blade in place, then was able to loosen the nut and replace the saw blade.
