Moto w30 keypad not working

Well just all of a sudden the keypad has like stopped working including the power button and the phone switches on and off on its own. the screen freezes and the mobile hangs up. i can receive calls sometimes and the phone has started having a mind of its own and no i have not touched the keypad with wet hands or spilt water on it.when i put it on charging it shows that it is charging but the battery meter does not move.so plz tell me whether to buy a new or replace the damn battery or whatever

Hey good day :) my moto v3i just stopped


my moto v3i just stopped turning on. everytime i press the power button, the keypads just lights for about 1 second ands then turn off again. i tried to use the combination key, POWER BUTTON (+) * (+) # and then the screen displays the BOOT LOADER thing so i thought this phone might be ok

The keypad do not work


Either a software re flash may help or a keypad replacement. Usually facial moisture could be a cause of this. i would recommend trying a blow dryer on the keypad for 40 seconds with out the battery to see if that fixes the problem

V3 got useless while ringtone transferring


you can take the phone and ahve the firmware reflash on the phone.

Keypad does not work


I had a common problem which none of my keys worked except the "off" key. I baked my phone in the oven on the lowest setting for 20-30 minutes and it works now. It is a humidity issue.
