Try removing the needle and the presser foot from the machine. If there are threads above the needleplate, gently try to remove those. Then go below the needle plate and, using tiny scissors, try clipping and gently pulling out threads, if necessary, with tweezers.

I didn't see this model #. They have one for an HZL-272 that might be similar
