Well a technician from Sears came after a week the problem occured. He said that we used too much soap since this is an HE washer. As a result, he had to rinse and clear the drain because it was filled with soap and no air could get through. A couple of rinses fixed the problem. Now, we know not to use so much soap when washing our clothes. Thank you for your help though!

Re: F32 error messaged?
Sounds like we need to try to reset the system!
Huuum At your service! Lets try this, F32 is an error code. This can reset the system if it is electronic! Unplug the appliance and wait a 5 minutes then restart it. If you can't reach the plug, use the breaker to cut the power for 5 minutes.
It's like rebooting your computer when its acting strange! Usually it corrects some error problems if they are not serious. Or they are sometimes just a glitch.
Let me know how it works! Waiting for your reply!
Please remember to leave a appropriate rating when you are done! Thank You Huuum

if you have pressed any of the buttons during a wash cycle then you will be given an error message on the display to change the wash options once started you must 1st pause the wash before making any changes, this i think would be the main reason for such an error to appear however you can download your operaters manual at http://www.frigidaire.com/manuals
if you do not already have it & from there you may be able to have a read & work out why you received this message alternativly from the site you will get a link to a contact us section where you may be abal to ring the customer services & then have the assistant check the code for you..
CA Cl Average current limit Or Instantaneous current limit If a status signal comes back from the motor controller that a current limit has been breached, the unit will return to standby mode and display either CA for average current limit trip or Cl for instantaneous current limit trip.Average current trip occurs if there is a 2 second average of current draw greater than 5.55 amps at the motor windings.Instantaneous current trip occurs if there is a spike of 26 amps instantly at the motor windings. This may signify problems with the drive motor, thermal protector, or motor controller. Over-loading the unit may cause this problem.
Meaning you had stuffed it full one time and then it was hard on the motor, you will have to change the drive motor most likely...
"FL" flashes if any overfill condition occurs. This condition occurs when
excessive water in the tub causes the overfill switch to trip. The control
must realize that the trip was due to an overfill condition instead of a
suds lock condition in order for "FL" to be displayed. With an overfill condition, the beeper repeats a warning every 10 seconds
with no time out. The pump is cycled in drain mode for 30 seconds on, 30
seconds off until the overfill switch resets or power is discontinued to
Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display.
Just a start, do postback how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.
After pressing different buttons and waiting 10 to 15 seconds after turning the power off, I have finally found the solution.
When you have pressed the "Start/Cancel" button to start your wash programme the LCD shows "test".
You must then press the "Start/Cancel" button which will give you the normal temperature and washing time and then importantly you must depress both the "Start/Cancel" button with the "On/Off" button which will give you a different LCD message and then it will automatically resets itself.
F32 is the code for a Water Level Switch Failure. 1. Remove the top panel from the washer by removing the
three screws in the top back of the washer. 2. Inside the back right
corner is a round plastic box, fastened to the side with a plastic snap. In will have a wire connector and a small, rubber hose connected to it. 3. Check to make sure all the connector wires are
connected and tight. Unplug washer for 30 seconds to reset it. If the cycle fails
still with the F32 code, you'll need to replace the Water Level Switch. 4. If
the Water Level Switch does not eliminate the F32 code, it then the machine controller may have failed.
The message "LE" can indicate that the thermal overload protection circuit in the motor has been tripped. The remedy for this can be to allow the washer to stand for 30 minutes to allow the motor to cool, then restart the cycle. If the LE error code still appears, unplug the washer and call for service. Keep in mind that this unit carries a 7 year warranty on the motor also.
Are you getting any type of error message on the display?
How long have you had the washer? Have you ever cleaned out the filter?
I also have a Duet (2 years old) and my clothes were not spinning out as well as they once did. I started getting a SUD error message with almost every load and then started getting a F5 message which the manual says it means it's not draining correctly. It never said how to fix it though. Went into the panel underneath washer, found the clean out plug for the drain...it was gross! Cleaned it out, washer works like new again.
