Question about Fisher and Paykel Fisher Paykel Intuitive Eco Washer IWL15
G'day, After the initial part fill and short soak there is a loud squealing noise which to me sounds like a dry bearing in a pump. My question is how do I get into the washing machine to check out this noise? The back of the machine appears to be welded/crimped closed so as far as I can see the only way into the washer is through the top or bottom. Ideally I'd like to be able to put the machine on the fill cycle and have access to the innards at the same time but I don't think this is possible. Any suggestions?
ngfam1 At your service!
SOUNDS LIKE THE BELT IS SLIPPING !
My advice is to call a trained tech.
How old is the washer?
If the appliance is 10 years old or more you it may not be advisable to put good money into bad!
New appliances are so much more efficient today that they can save you a lot of money in energy!!!!
Water,Electric and detergent! And put money back in your pocket!
The new appliance will pay for itself in only a few years!
If not only a trained laundry tech can make the electronic diagnoses.
Like we used to be able to fix my own cars, but not today they need diagnostic equipment!
Below I referred you to a great service nation wide!
If none of these tasks remedy the problem then here is a good company that's found nation wide.

You will be fine
