Question about Lands Phones
This worked for me after trying a lot of different ideas. Go where you can find good reception[ 3 bars or more !] take out the battery with the phone on, Wait about 2 minutes and put the battery back in, turn your phone back on and wa la. I guess it updates your phone with its new configuration.

With sprint phones a g-65 error usually occurs when your NAI (network access identifier) is blocked. This disables data service on your device. Call us (tech support) and we can unblock it, then reset your phone on the network (removing the battery for two minutes) and suspend/restore your acct. and everything should be working.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
