I think the most prudent solution is to give up on the idea. What do you need that for? This lens already has a huge range of 28 .. 300 mm in film equivalents, and it is marginally useful at 300 mm. Whatever else you put on it will make it worse (less light, poor focus and aberrations). Similarly, at the wide end, while it is technically possible to add a wide-angle element to shorten the focal distance to about 20 mm, that will also result in a loss of light and poor peripheral focus, so you will be much better off taking 2-3 pictures and blending them whenever you need a wider angle. This lens is a miracle of optimization -- it already has the attachments you are contemplating, plus macro and super-macro. I don't think its range can be expanded any further without an unacceptable degradation of quality.

Can i change my lens to other lenses like fish eye, wide angle or macro lens or even zoom lens?

This is a fixed lens camera so the short answer is no. However there are third party accessories lenses that can be screwed to the front of the lens to give a "fish eye" or telephoto capability. To get "Macro" there is a kit available which has a series of three close up lenses these lenses screw to the front lens element of your camera allowing for some pretty impressive macro capabilities.

Again to answer your original question no you can't change the lens on your camera

Is there a repair for command dial on a fuji s9500

Yes. contact Fuji and it cost about £14.00, its a doddle to fit.
When you recieve it you'll work out how to remove the broken part because you'll understand how it locates, basically a small Pozi screwdriver and a sharp knife to lever the top off.

Our camera (S9500) has mysteriously stopped allowing us to use any of the manual functions in manual mode. The light meter is only working on auto exposure setting.

Purchase Zoom Lenses

Canon currently makes super Telephoto lenses from 300mm to 800mm and a number of zoom Telephoto lenses from 28-300 to 100-400. You can also special order a 1200mm lens from Canon at a cost of $99k! (There are only about 20 such lenses made so far.)

You can also get a 1.4 or 2x teleconverter to further increase the power of a telephoto lens. However, the cameras are unable to auto-focus when the minimum f-stop exceeds f/8, which can happen when you use one (or both) of the teleconverters on these longer lenses, so you have to manually focus the lens.

You can also get telephoto lenses from other manufacturers such as Tamron and Sigma that are built to work with Canon cameras. However, the Canon lenses are generally regarded as the best quality.

I want to add lens to my fujifilm s5600 to take better pics

There are lenses available to add with an adapter ring. I have the wide angle lens (which I LOVE) and a 2x telephoto lens. The wide angle lens allows me to macro from several feet away. It is an amazing lens. The telephoto lens is something you really need to use with a tripod. But yes, there are lenses you can add to your camera.
