What model of printer? It sounds like a model with separate ink and printheads. In this case you will need to install the printheads and the ink supplies. See the setup poster that should have been included with the printer. If the setup poster is not available or you need further information please let us know the printer model.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I bought this brand new Philips portable DVD player PD 9012 in JR NYC in 09/09/11. I lived in Brazil and when I turn on appears a message "Bad Disc". I've tried a dozen of discs and all of...

Sure I can Help I just unlocked mine today and it's the same model !!! The procedure is very simple. You don't even need to go to the menu pref or whatever. It's actually as follow : - turn on your Portable DVD player without any disc to obtain the blue screen- Then with the arrow keys in front and at the bottom of the main screen press the sequence as follow : "UP', "Down", "Up", "Down", "Up", "Up", "Down"- Then you will have a screen telling the version that you have and at the bottom it says "region 1" - Just use the arrows again to change it until you got "Region 0" and then press "Ok" (the play button in the middle of arrows), that's it !!! In that process, remember that you just have to use the arrows in the front of the screen at the bottom and at the end the button "OK". Nothing else. Good luck !!!

Hi, I need to graph with my TI 83 but I've run into a problem when trying to enter the (x,y) points that need to be plotted. From the beginning, I push "STAT" and highlight where it says...

Turn calculator on. Press the STAT button. In the new screen that displays, press 5:SetUpEditor, then ENTER. The deleted lists will be restored. Any data that was in them will not be recovered.

Message states: the following ink cartridges cannot be used after device intialization, and must be replaced

Hi,

Try the following steps to resolve the issue,
1.) Press & hold the * key
2.) press the # key & release both the keys.
3.) Display should say Enter Special Key Combo - Press & release in sequence 1,2 & 3 buttons.
4.) Press and release the right arrow button (or the right arrow icon on touch screen displays) to look for the System Configuration Menu then press OK.
5.) Press and release the right arrow until the Ink Initialization status is displayed.
6.) Press and release the OK button.
7.) Display should say Ink Initialization status: Clear. Press OK to set it.
8.) Press and release the OK button ONCE. (This is very important; do not press the OK button for a second time).
9.) Press the cancel button three times to leave the support menu.
10.) Unplug the unit from the power supply and wait 10 seconds.
11.) Plug in the unit, Follow the on-screen instructions, the unit will initiate the initialization cycle.

Thanks,

I am trying to install an HP photosmart C5180 All-in One and have got "Initialization beginning" on the screen but pressing OK does nothing

Disconnect power cable from the printer's end and wait for some time. Connect it back and wait for initialization to complete. Your issue should be resolved.
